Every individual who is a member of a Local Chapter of the Benjamin Rush Society chartered, established,
and in good standing by the Benjamin Rush Society and in good standing by the Benjamin Rush Society is a member of the
Benjamin Rush Society, and is entitled to all the benefits of such membership.
